To edit your water intake goal, follow these steps:
- Select the Home section at the bottom menu.
- Scroll down to Daily goals > Log water.
- Click Edit goal.
- Use the slider to adjust your daily water intake goal.
At the bottom of this menu, you may also choose the serving type you use the most (glass or bottle) and its size. This will help you track your water intake later. For example, if you carry a water bottle, indicate its size here and simply note it in the app every time you finish one.
To track your water intake:
- Open the Home section of the app.
- Scroll down to Daily goals > Log water.
- Tap + on the bottle or glass icon for every serving you've had.
