To track your water intake:
- Click the + icon at the bottom menu.
- Click Water.
- Tap + on the bottle or glass icon for every serving you've had.
In the same window, you can edit the water intake goal and choose the serving type (glass or bottle) and size. This will help you track your water intake more easily. For example, if you carry a water bottle, indicate its size here and simply log it in the app every time you finish one.
