Ingredients:
42 g (3 tbsp) greek yogurt 0% fat, lactose-free
10 g (2 tbsp) rolled oats (dry)
6 g (0.5 tbsp) chia seeds
6 g (1 tbsp) blackberries
Preparation:
- To a mason jar or small bowl with a lid, add Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and stir with a spoon to combine.
- Add oats and stir a few more times. Then press down with a spoon to ensure all oats have been moistened and are immersed in Greek yogurt.
- Cover securely with a lid or seal and set in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day, garnish with blackberries. Enjoy!
