Ingredients:
80 g (2 medium) corn tortilla
65 g (0.5 medium) avocado
56 g chicken breast (oven-baked)
15 g (0.5 cups) spinach
10 g (2 tbsp) nutritional yeast
Preparation:
- In a medium bowl, mix together shredded chicken, spinach, mashed avocado, and nutritional yeast.
- Spread the chicken salad mixture onto the tortilla. Fold the left and right sides of the wrap in until they touch and roll from the bottom to make a wrap. Enjoy!
