Ingredients (for 12 bites):
15 g (1.5 tbsp) rolled oats (dry)
5 g (1 tsp) isolated soy protein
4 g (1 tsp) vanilla extract
3 g (1.5 tsp) coconut flakes (dried)
3 g (0.5 tsp) peanut butter, unsalted
Preparation:
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, coconut flakes, isolated soy protein, vanilla extract, and peanut butter.
- Place in the refrigerator, and chill for about 30 min.
- Roll into balls. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
