To set up your steps tracker, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the MyBody app.
2. Tap the + icon at the bottom menu.
3. Choose Activity.
4. Add Activity you want.
To track steps automatically, you need to connect your MyBody app to either your phone's health app (Apple Health or Health Connect) or Fitbit:
- At the bottom menu of the app screen, click Home.
- Click the Settings icon at the top-right of the screen.
- Go to Integrations > Connect apps.
- Tap the app you want to pair with MyBody and follow further instructions.
You will see synced steps in the Activity section of the app.
Please note:
If you already have your phone's health app connected to MyBody but would rather pair it with Fitbit, you need to disconnect the health app first.
