The Klinio app provides three types of meal plans:
- 28-days no junk food challenge. No junk – only delicious, diabetes-friendly meals.
- Ketogenic diet. Aids in reducing insulin resistance and glycemic control. Effective for excess body fat loss and for improving type 2 diabetes and prediabetes.
- Moderate–carb diet. You will get quick, easy-to-make recipes for each meal of the day.
To choose your meal plan, follow these steps:
- Go to the Nutrition section of the app.
- Click the Settings icon at the top-right.
- Tap Cancel challenge for your ongoing meal plan.
- Select the plan you'd like to try, then tap Learn more.
- Check out the plan.
- Tap Start challenge and choose the start date.
- Click Start your plan and wait a couple of minutes until the plan is prepared.
