If you cannot log in to the app, make sure you do not leave any spaces before or after the email. Passwords are case-sensitive; we kindly ask you to pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters. By the way, if you have a complex password, you can always preview if you typed it correctly by clicking the eye icon in the right corner of the password box.
If the login details seem to be incorrect, please try the Forgot Password? option. Enter your email address and click Reset password. Follow the instructions you'll receive in your email.
You should also click Forgot password? if you can no longer log in because you tried too many times. This will allow you to reset your password and access your account.
Once you reset your password, don't forget to check the Spam, Updates, and Promotions folders in your email.
